Grand Fir Christmas Trees
The Grand Fir is known for it’s aromatic fragrance. The needles grow in a flat array, are dark green in color with a shiny, waxy appearance above, and a silvery look below. The natural arrangement of needles and limbs creates the most magnificent appearance of all of the different species of Christmas trees. It’s strong fragrance is due to the constant release of moisture from the tree. As a result, Grand fir Christmas trees dry out much quicker than the other species. These trees need to be kept in a water bowl at all times, and will not last as long as the other species. Due to it’s flat needle arrangement, the Grand Fir takes to flock nicely.
